SPECIAL SILENT AUCTION PIECES
FORT HALIFAX POWDER HORN
HANDMADE Custom by Raymond Troutman, a member of the Freeman Guild of Horners and artistically designed by our very own Robert Swope of Swope's Taxidermy, we proudly present The Fort Halifax Powder Horn! As you admire the beauty and craftsmanship of the horn, notice the journey as it depicts Fort Halifax over two hundred-fifty years ago and the struggles that took place here in Halifax Pennsylvania along the Susquehanna River and Armstrong Creek as both the red man and white man partook in the long war. Additionally decorated by a vine and other etchings that was custom in that time period. To truly appreciate this magnificent piece of art, join us on April 2nd!
